MUNCH Buzzes!Kids’ Art Fest

The ticket includes entry to the entire museum, and you have access to all activities during the time slot you purchase the ticket for.
Some activities will have limited capacity so it pays to be there early.
We invite you to a celebration where the museum will be buzzing with stories and activities that will allow us to get to know Edvard Munch in completely new ways! In every nook and cranny of the museum, you will find everything from exciting stories to a magnificent musical performance, creative workshops, and a fairytale forest for the little ones!
The celebration is also a tribute to the fabulous book Munch in Missing! by Catherine Ingram and Celyn Brazier. Just like in the book's illustrations, the museum will be bursting with exciting things to do, and the entire program is inspired by Munch's art, life and the themes he was interested in. All artists find inspiration in everything that happens and exists in the world around them. What inspires you?
The program offers activities of the highest artistic quality that are suitable for children of all ages. In our Festsal there will be a cozy rest area and a pleasant café that will be open throughout the day. There will always be space to retreat for those who need it.
