• Membership benefits

  As a member you receive:

  • Unlimited admission for you and one guest for one year

  • Access to exclusive previews and guided tours

  • 20% discount on all events

  • 10% discount on food and non-alcoholic drinks

  • 10% discount in the museum shop and online shop, excluding jewellery

  • Benefits connected to collaborations with third parties, such as admission to other museums. These benefits are time-limited and may change. See the current overview here.

• Changes to the membership programme

  MUNCH may make changes to the membership programme, including benefits, terms and conditions. Members will be notified of changes at least three weeks before they take effect.

  We do not notify members about the termination of collaborations with third parties. Please refer to the current overview on our website.

• Duration and price

  • Membership is valid for a minimum of one year from the activation date. MUNCH reserves the right to adjust the membership fee annually.

  • Gift memberships must be redeemed within one year from the purchase date.

• My Page

  • When activating your membership, an account is created on “My Page”, which is your membership account on our website.

  • Your username on “My Page” is your email address. Please make sure the email address is correct when registering. Contact us at info@munch.com if you need to change your email address.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information we hold about you is correct. You can update your information on “My Page”.

• Expiry and renewal

  • Membership expires automatically on the expiry date. MUNCH will send reminders when your membership is about to expire.

  • You can find your expiry date by logging into “My Page” or by contacting us.

  • If you renew your membership within 12 months after the expiry date, it will be considered a renewal of your previous membership.

  • No later than 12 months after the end of your membership, your personal data will be anonymised and you will no longer receive renewal reminders. You may request deletion earlier by contacting us. If you wish to become a member again after this, you will need to register again.

• Conditions

  • You must be over 18 years old and have a valid email address to become a member.

  • Membership is personal and cannot be transferred. Guests must visit MUNCH together with the member.

  • Members who lend their membership card to others may have their membership revoked.

  • Guests of U25 members must also be under 25 years old.

• Right of withdrawal

  The right of withdrawal applies to memberships and gift memberships, provided the membership has not been used. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days by contacting info@munch.com.

  Tickets for cultural events are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

• Fee and benefits

  Fee: NOK 899. Your membership will start on the day of purchase and will be valid for at least one year. As a member you will enjoy:

  • Free entry to all exhibitions for you and a guest
  • Invitations to exhibition openings and exclusive member events
  • Unlimited entry for two to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Copenhagen, and entry for one to KODE Bergen, Sørlandets Kunstmuseum in Kristiansand and Skagen Art Museums in Denmark
  • Monthly membership letter
  • Discounted tickets for selected events
  • 10% discount in the museum shop

• Force majeure

  If a situation arises that makes it impossible for MUNCH to fulfil its obligations related to the purchase of products or services, and which under general contract law is considered force majeure, the affected party’s obligations will be suspended for as long as the extraordinary situation persists.
